KSBR provides live radio coverage of election results

Saddleback College’s radio station KSBR covered the election results this evening offering their listeners live coverage.

“During the 8 o’clock hour, we aired McCain’s concession speech and during the next hour, Obama’s acceptance speech,” said Judy Davila, who oversaw the station’s coverage. “We also provided complete coverage of the South Orange County Community College District race.”

News Director Dawn Kamber developed the plan for coverage, assisted by anchors Kara Moore and Phyllis Crow.

They also reported standings for local elections including school district boards, water district boards, city councils, etc. as well as the state propositions and local measures.
