Ground back to coach for Saddleback

Saddleback announced this week that Andy Ground would re-unite with the men’s basketball program.
Ground will replace interim coach Nick Booker, as the permanent replacement for Bill Brummel, who served as a Saddleback coach for 27 years.
Ground played at Saddleback from 1981-1983 before transferring to the University of Hawaii in Hilo.
Ground was the varsity coach at Tustin High School, leaving with a 154-49 record, three league titles and a post-season appearance in each of those seven seasons.
Ground assisted and co-coached alongside Brummel (569-278) for seven years after leaving the Gauchos to be an assistant coach for IVC in 2007.
