Blasting a two-run home run, David Walker sparked an eight-run rally over a duo of innings to boost Saddleback over visiting Fullerton College, 10-5.
The sophomore outfielder’s blast cut the Hornets’ lead to 5-4, setting up a go-ahead two RBI triple by Colin Rooney.
Tom Koenig capped off Thursday’s rally with a three-run home run.
The Gauchos will continue conference play Thursday when they host Santa Ana College at 2:30 p.m.
