Saddleback College Foundation seeks auction donations
This year’s theme is “Bet on Education”
Saddleback College Foundation’s 11th Annual Gala is Saturday, Feb. 5, at 6 p.m. in the gymnasium. This year’s casino-based theme is “Bet on Education: Change the future one hand at a time.”
The organization is collecting silent auction items. Suggestions include donated services, entertainment tickets, vacation home rentals, art, jewelry, gift items, new clothing, plants, and wine. Any donated item will be greatly appreciated.
The Saddleback College Foundation’s mission is to enhance the quality of higher education by gaining financial support for academic, athletic and cultural programs for the college and its students. Some of their support goes to scholarships, the alumni association, and to campus projects such as the Veterans’ Memorial.
The Foundation, which is guided by dedicated community leaders, initiates and coordinates fundraising to support their endeavors and to directly benefit students by increasing student success.
