Saddleback ASG to announce Professor the Year
Once a year at Saddleback College, students are given the opportunity to recognize the professors that have made an impact on their education, as well as their lives.
Since the beginning of spring semester, students have been nominating instructors for the title of Professor of the Year. The last of the nominations were submitted on Feb, 12, and now students are anxiously awaiting the results.
The names of the current nominees are confidential, but next week Associated Student Government will announce the award winner. The stack of nominations is piled high with names of instructors who students see worthy of the honor of holding this prestigious title.
All nominations are supported with the student’s reasons for selecting the instructor of their choice.
No matter what the outcome, the nomination in itself is a way for Saddleback students to show gratitude to their many influential instructors.
