Paramedics wheel the victim out from the Saddleback College Health Center (Michael Grennell)
A woman was seen being loaded into an ambulance at around 1:15 p.m. Thursday near the Health Services Center at Saddleback College.
Information about the victim and the extent of any injuries remains unknown at this time.
No one was available to comment from the Health Center at the time of the incidentas the facility is closed daily from 1-2 p.m.
