Deadline for graduation application March 2
March 2 is the last day to file for Spring 2009 graduation. Students completing requirements for a degree or certificate this semester must file a petition in the Office of Admissions and Records by the deadline.
Forms are available in the Office of Admissions and Records in the Student Services Center, Room 102, or they may be downloaded from the Saddleback Web site.
Apply for an associate degree or a certificate of achievement by downloading and completing the petition form from the link above and submit the form to the Office of Admissions and Records by the March 2 deadline.
Official transcripts from all of the colleges attended must also be on file in the Admissions and Records Office. Students must petition for a graduation evaluation of records by the deadline to have a May 2009 graduation date posted on transcripts.
The commencement ceremony will be held on May 22nd at 10:00 a.m. More information is posted on the college’s Web site at www.saddleback.edu/commencement. Attendence at the commencement ceremony is not required.
