A quater century and a new mascot: IVC is growing up

Irvine Valley College is turning 25 and along with moving into a new chapter of their
history, they are also changing their mascot!

With help from students, faculty, and alumni, the college is encouraging everyone to
review the current mascot-The lazers- and come up with a new and creative mascot to
represent the school.

The college has set up a forum for interested individuals to submit their idea and
nominate their ideas.

Ideas must be submitted by December 11 and all nominations will be reviewed by theASVIC Executive Board and IVC marketing and Outreach committee.

Be prepared to cast a vote in February. The winning mascot will be the concept with the
most votes.
