SaddlebackCollege dance students will perform in annual Winterdance

The dance department will presents its annual Winterdance inside the McKinney Theatre on Friday, Nov. 21, at 7:30 p.m. There will also be an encore of the show on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
This year’s Winterdance is directed by Dorothy Anderson Garant and choreographed by the department’s faculty, featuring dance students performing in a variety of genres including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop and more.
“It’s one of my favorites and tends to surprise the audience because there are a lot of great dancers,” Deidre Cavazzi, Saddleback College dance instructor said. “It’s a must see.”
The tickets will presale for $12 and at the door for $16. Children 7 years and under are free but require an admission ticket. Proceeds go to concert expenses and student scholarships.
