Saddleback College women’s soccer team loses focus as Cypress College wins 3-0

Saddleback College women’s soccer team lost 3-0 to Cypress College on Halloween Friday at Gauchos east field.
Orange Empire Conference No.2 Cypress first score came by Laura Najera at the 39.00 mark.
Cypress second strike came at the 47:00 mark by Jackie Gomez with a slice pass to Saddleback’s Alexandria Scott, keeper, sophomore, a top player for Saddleback.
Then a win for Saddleback was diminished when Cypress player Elizabeth Gutierrez made the third and final goal at the 81:00 mark.
Saddleback played away on Tuesday in the OEC matchup Nov. 4, 2014 against Santa Ana College women’s soccer team at 3 p.m. beating the Dons 5-0 at the Dons’ field.
