Starting in the spring of 2016 and costing $5 million, Soltek Pacific Construction plans on renovating one of the three Fine Arts buildings.
“The plan is to create new doors, new ceilings, and change some mechanics,” said Dan Meyers, a General of Soltek Pacific.
The 300 Building includes the McKinney Theatre, classrooms, offices and a staff break room.
With a budget of $5 million, expect a remodeled theatre with new seats, updated flooring and a larger entrance.
