A traditional feel of the holidays is brought on with the ‘Feast of Lights’

Nicole Bullard

The holiday themed concert, “Feast of Lights,” will be performing music provided by chorale ensembles under the direction of Scott Farthing and the Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Brandon Muresan.

Farthing has been teaching at Saddleback College for almost two years now, and teaches the class Beginning and Intermediate Voice and Vocal Repertoire and Performance Procedures.

The holiday themed event will be held on Dec. 3 this fall semester in the McKinney Theatre.

Not only will there be a Christmas and Hanukkah themed music ensemble, but the concert will be catered by the Culinary Department.

The menu will be mainly desserts, cheese tastings, and appetizers like small hors d’oeuvres.

According to the Saddleback website, this holiday themed concert is a holiday favorite and a family tradition for both adults and children.

The general admission for a ticket to this musical event is $20. For seniors and students the price is lowered to $18.
