Satisfactions of Coyote Grill

Will Mack

Nestled upon a bluff overlooking the ocean, Coyote Grill’s patio is a great place to dine with spectacular views of Catalina.

Whether sitting by the fireplace out on the patio or inside at the bar, the drinks are delicious and the food is exquisite.

A unique Tex-Mex cuisine, Coyote Grill takes traditional recipes and adds a coastal fusion to them.

Popular items include their nachos, topped with pieces of shrimp, guacamole, cheese, and a melody of other meats and seafood. They have a full range of traditional mexican dishes, as well as their distinctively original recipes.

Coyote Grill’s calamari tacos are beyond comprehension. The fresh and tender calamari meat is accompanied with a zesty sauce, cilantro and cabbage. After squeezing the provided lemon over the unbelievable combination of flavors, these tacos are out-of-this-world tasty.

Their margaritas are exceptionally good as well, with a wide variety of tequilas and a full bar, Coyote has what it takes to ale you. Happy hour is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with cheap appetizers and $3 margaritas, all worthy of trying.

You are surely to be satisfied by Coyote Grill’s atmosphere, food and beverages. Parking is somewhat inconvenient with valet being the only option, however it is easy to park across the street at Eagle Rock Way.

Coyote Grill is located in at 31621 S Coast Hwy in South Laguna Beach.
