Saddleback Women’s Volleyball losing streak continues

Halloween turned out to be an unlucky night for the Saddleback women’s volleyball team as they got swept.
They lost the three games by scores of 11-25, 17-25 and 10-25 to Orange Coast College.
This is the Gauchos’ fourth consecutive shutout loss. The Gauchos continue to fall in the Orange Empire Conference standings as they are now 1-8 in conference play.
Overall they are 3-13.
Freshman, Alicia Dishno recorded eight kills and 10 defensive digs for the night.
Freshman Ashleigh Cottrell had seven kills, five of which came in the first game.
Sophomore setter Amber Richter completed the game with three aces.
The Gauchos will host Santa Ana today at 6 p.m. and on Friday will play at Golden West.
Game time is set for 7 p.m.
