Saddleback wins Fresno Tournament

The Saddleback women’s softball team took the gold in the three-day Fresno Tournament, Sunday.
The Gauchos opened tournament play Friday with an 8-1 victory over Shasta before rattling off 12-6, 10-2 and 2-0 victories over San Mateo, American River and Cuesta, respectively.
Saddleback then defeated Reedley College, 2-1, in the tournament final.
The Gauchos will host Santa Ana College, Friday, at 2 p.m.
