Rings,stones and braclets at annual holiday sale

Students, faculty and alumni will demonstrate and sell handmade jewelry, holiday gifts, and other arts and crafts at the Annual Holiday Jewelry Sale at Saddleback College next week.

An expected 25 students will be selling their wares and jewelry apparel. The Jewelry Club will receive 25 percent of all sales profit to sponsor guest artists and workshops in the jewelry classes.

The items for sale will consist of jewelry made with hand-cut stones, semiprecious stones, and handmade glass beads. There will also be an assortment of sterling silver rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Glass, metalwork and sculptures, as well as holiday gifts will be available as well.

The event coordinators expect to have over 1000 guests from all over south Orange County.

The creations will be for sale in the Student Services Center, Room 212 on Wednesday, Dec. 1 and Thursday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days.

Cash, check, MasterCard or Visa credit cards will be expected. Free parking will be available in Lot 5.
