The International Film Festival is screening “A Separation“ Thursday Sept. 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in SSC 212.
Winner of the 2012 Oscar for Best Foreign Film, the plot targets a middle-class Iranian couple who decide to separate. The film follows the struggles the family has to face along the way, as they deal with a grandfather with Alzheimer’s disease, and a conflict with another Iranian family whose outcome can affect the future ahead of them.
