Homecoming is nearly here
On Saturday Oct. 10, starting at 6 p.m. the annual homecoming event hosted by the Associated Student Government will feature free food, carnival-type games, face painting, a bounce house and the football game between the Saddleback College Gauchos and the Palomar Comets.
ASG encourages students to bring friends and family with them as the event is open to everyone.
During half time, the student government has also put together a show including a dance routine featuring the Saddleback College’s Pep Squad, and the crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen.
Students who are interested in being on homecoming court can apply online or pick up applications outside of the student development center now. Anyone can apply as long as they have a minimum 2.0 GPA and are currently enrolled in 9 units or more at Saddleback College.
Online voting starts Oct. 5 so get those applications in and cast your votes!
