Having trouble with vending machines on campus?
PEPSI MACHINES:
All Pepsi machines have an ID#. Please either call the Student Development Office at 949-582-4616 to report a broken machine (you must have the machine ID#) or call the phone number directly on the machine and report the issue to Pepsi directly. If you do report to Pepsi directly, please let the Student Development Office know as soon as possible. The SDO will also process claims for refunds when money is lost in machines.
NORTH COUNTY VENDING (snack machines): Please call the Student Development Office at 949-582-4616 to report a broken machine.Please be very specific in detailing information about the broken machine.We’ll need to know the machine’s location and what the exact issue is.The SDO will also process claims for refunds when money is lost in machines.
