The ASG had a talked more a little about awareness week just before they decided to help out at the LRC’s open house.

The ASG stood around helping people find their way around the LRC building so people would know where to go as well as if they wanted to ask questions about the level they were on.

Chelsea Goossens also attended the open house on behalf of ASG.

The ASG discussed about how several organizations such as the YMCA, Big Brothers and Big Sisters groups will be attending awareness week.

The ASG is trying to get stress balls for mental health awareness but they are not sure if they can.

According to Olivia Noceda Senior day has its final touches. “We’ll have free In-N-Out. Then each branch will explain its role at Saddleback,” Noceda said. “Afterwards we’ll hand out Ottor Pops and cookies.”

Maria Zakhar has acquired 75 pots from the Target in Rancho Santa Margarita for earth week. They will not be handing out fresh squeezed juices however.

March will also have two club rushes during that month, which is strange only because the school usually has one once a month.

The Student Development Center will have a club rush on Mar. 5th with a food truck called “Sexy Burger.” The second club rush will be held by ICC on Mar. 26th.

Multicultural week will also occur from Mar. 26th to the 27th and will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both days.

Sahar Ghassemi also wanted to announce that this Saturday there will be a “Harlem Shake” at the gym at 4 p.m.
