Molina, Session sign on at four-year schools; softball players honored

Two Saddleback athletes have signed on to play at four-year schools.  Lauren Molina accepted to play softball at the University of California at Riverside, while Orange Empire Basketball MVP Franklin Session chose to continue his career at Weber State in Utah. He chose to play their partly because purple is his favorite color and the primary color of Weber State. He will be a good addition to the Wildcats basketball team next season.

Four members of the Saddleback Softball team were named to the First and Second team of the Orange Empire Conference. Pitcher. Lauren Molina and Catcher Sarah Bosshart were named to the first team. Shortstop Kelly Bosshart and third basemen Starr White were named to the All-Conference Second team. The Softball team opens up at the Regional playoffs this Saturday against College of the Canyons at 7 p.m.
