The Saddleback College women’s soccer team picked up its sixth win of the season in a 4-2 win against Fullerton College, as freshman Danyelle Allen broke the program’s single-season scoring record.

Eight minutes into the game, Allen scored her 13th goal of the year, breaking the school record of 12 goals previously held by Stacy McDonald (2001), Michelle Manzo (2003), and Kaelyn Kaichi (2010). Allen also tied the school record for most goals in a single game, as she scored all four of the Gauchos goals Friday. McDonald was the last Gaucho to accomplish the feat, back in 2001.

The Gauchos next game will be at home Tuesday against Orange Coast College.
