T.J. Knowles
T.J. Knowles was instrumental in the Saddleback College football team’s aerial attack in a 52-0 win on Saturday.
Knowles led all receivers with 114 yards on four receptions. Knowles caught a touchdown in the second quarter.
The 6’8″ 235 lbs. freshman came to Saddleback from Cornado High School in Nevada, where Knowles was an all-state selection in 2007. He redshirted at West Texas A&M in 2008.
Morgan Kavanaugh
Morgan Kavanaugh led the way in the Saddleback College women’s volleyball team’s 3-0 victory over Grossmont College last Thursday.
Kavanaugh led the Gauchos with 15 kills on 27 attempts.
The 5’10” freshman middleblocker game to Saddleback after graduating from Dana Hills High School in 2009. She was an second team all-South Coast League selection last fall for the Dolphins.
