David Ingram
The sophomore quarterback was instrumental in the Saddleback College football team’s 42-38 comeback victory on Saturday.
Ingram threw for 222 yards on 20-for-39 passing attempts.
Late in the fourth quarter, Ingram escaped the pass rush on a drop back and ran 70 yards for a touchdown.
Ingram graduated from Woodbridge High School in ‘08.
Arabia Ruiz
The freshman forward continued to be a major contributor to the IVC women’s soccer team.
In last Friday’s Orange Empire Conference match against Saddleback, Ruiz scored two goals to help the beleaguered and injured Lasers squad to a 2-2 tie with the Gauchos.
Ruiz, a former Century High School Centurion, currently has seven goals on the season.
