Transfer Day College Fair tomorrow in the SSC quad

Students can gather information and speak with campus reps from an assortment of colleges and universities. (Lariat files)

Saddleback College’s annual Transfer Day College Fair, welcoming over 80 accredited colleges and universities, will be this Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Services Center (SSC) quad. Following this event will be the Transfer Day Workshops from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Workshops taking place between 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. include University of Southern California’s “So you want to be a Trojan?” in SSC 212, “So you want to transfer to a UC?” in SSC 140A and “So you want to transfer to an out-of-state university?” in SSC 140J.

Workshops from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. include UCLA’s “So You Want to Be a Bruin?” in SSC 212, “So You Want to Transfer to a CSU?” in SSC 140A and “So You Want to Transfer to an In-State Private Univ.?” in SSC 140J.

Attendees are encouraged to wear clothing that symbolize their personal university or college of choice, as well as attend their alma mater to encourage students to attend the institution. Those who visit the transfer center table are able to register for a chance to win a Saddleback sweatshirt.
