Study Abroad program heads to northern coastal Spain

Students interested in studying this summer in Spain, as well as absorbing the culture and language may learn more at an informational meeting on Thursday, Feb. 24, at 6 p.m. in Student Services Center, Room 212.

Carmen Hernandez-Bravo, a Spanish instructor at Saddleback and director of the Study Aboard program, will present “Study in Spain Summer Program.”

While in Spain, students have the opportunity to practice their Spanish while getting to know the Santander. This port city, located on the northern coast, is the capital of the community of Cantabria The city is known for its beautiful landscapes and is also rich in culture, gastronomy and festivals such as the Bonfires of Saint John.
