Campuses warned of ticket scalper
A male ticket scalper, who appears to be in his 20s with brown hair, has been attempting to independently sell tickets to a comedy show, according to Saddleback College’s Police Department. The suspect has been roaming local Orange County college campuses claiming to be an ASB member selling $10-$50 tickets, allegedly as part of a fundraising event.
Campus police notified students and staff to be wary of tickets being independently sold on college campuses.
His last appearance at Saddleback was early December, 2014. The ticket scalper was most recently seen on February 4 and 5, 2015, at Coastline Community College’s College Center, Le-Jao Center, Newport Beach Center and Golden West College.
The Saddleback College Police Department has issued a campus information bulletin informing its staff and students on the suspect and asking to be notified at (949) 582-4585 with any new information.
