Finals week has finally arrived and so has the stress that comes with it.

To help Saddleback College students battle their hunger and fatigue as they study for finals, the Associated Student Government is providing free coffee and snacks during Crunch Time May 19 through 21.

Crunch Time is taking place in three locations on campus:

  • The Gaucho Lounge in the Student Services Center, Room 211 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • The Learning Resource Center from 10 a.m. to  7 p.m.
  • The Math Lounge in the Science and Math Building from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In addition to efforts from ASG, the Honors Program is doing its part in helping honors students study as well.

In the Honors Program Office in the LRC, Room 114, the program is providing free brown bags filled with chips, fruit snacks and protein bars. Coffee will also be sold for $1. Proceeds will support students at various conferences.

“People need a little something extra this week,” Alannah Rosenberg, economics professor and Honors Program chair, said.
