Informational meeting for study abroad in Mexico

Saddleback College is holding an informational meeting for the Oaxaca, Mexico study abroad program at 7 p.m. this Tuesday, Oct. 28, in Business and General Studies Building, Room  345.

The meeting will discuss important dates, how to apply for study abroad programs, costs of the trip, and educational requirements.

Saddleback’s website features more information on the immersive learning experience of the Studies Abroad programs.

“The combination of classroom study and classes on the relevant sites creates a unique learning environment,” reads the program’s Web page. “Explore the natural beauty of a foreign country, savor its exotic foods, live with its people, visit its galleries, theaters, museums and night clubs, and take field trips to historic sites, while earning transferable college credits.”

If students have not yet signed up for the program, they can still do so. For more information, or if students are interested in the program but cannot attend Tuesday’s meeting, contact Jed Mularski at [email protected].
